Many
people suffer from back pain. Not always is it due to an injury or trauma.
Sometimes back pain is caused by a decrease in flexibility in the low back
muscles. If one has tight and hypertonic lumbar muscles you will often
feel bad and discomfort in the low back.
Choosing the Right Yoga for Back Pain
will Strengthen the Spine and Increase Flexibility
This is necessary for
support and greater range of motion in the lumbar spine. Yoga is important
for reducing back pain and improving movement and function. Back exercises,
such as Yoga, are necessary for a healthy spine and can many times remove
back pain. However, it is important to remember proper posture must
also be practiced to greatly reduce back pain on daily basis. Please remember,
if you exercises with improper form, you can further injury your back!
